Shy Love

Shy Love was born in Wiesbaden-Hessen, Germany in November of 1978 to a Sicilian Father and Puerto Rican Mother. Her Father was in the US Army and was stationed on a base in Wiesbaden in the late 70's. After eight years, the family, including Shy's 5 older and younger sisters was relocated to the US.

Shy grew up in New Haven, Connecticut. She did remarkably well in school, skipping one grade in middle school and one grade in high school. She moved from her home and began attending college at the early age of 16 in South Florida.

Three short years later Shy completed her Bachelors in Accounting degree. Shy stayed in school and got her Master's Degree in Accounting immediately afterwards.

With a new Master's in her pocket, Shy used her knowledge to acquire a job as the comptroller of a multi-national pet pharmaceutical company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 1-800-Pet-Meds (Pet Med Express, Inc.). During her employ, Shy earned her second Master's Degree in Taxation at night. By age 25, Shy Love possessed two Master's Degrees with an expertise in business taxation and liability.

Following her husband, who owned a successful advertising agency in Miami and office in Los Angeles, Shy became a Los Angeles resident in April of 2003. She took a job working as the head of accounting for a small vocational college in Northridge with 6 different locations. Shy was bored, and decided to begin regular visits to the gym. Soon she had hired a personal trainer and within less than 90 days, Shy restructured her look to fit her needs.

Shy decided to go to Playboy Magazine's Santa Monica offices to take a test photo shoot for a potential spot in the magazine. Shy was informed that there were no centerfold openings within the next 12 months, but that Playboy's Spice TV could use a fresh new host for their series, Spice Clips and Spice Hotel. Shy's experiences at Playboy TV lead her to meet a number of influential people in the adult industry including Hugh Heffner and Larry Flynt at an early stage in her new career.

In October of 2003, Shy contracted an exclusive acting agency based out of Studio City to represent her exclusively as an adult actress. In her first year, Shy performed in nearly 300 movies, working almost every day in a different scene every week. Today, Love has over 600 adult movies under her belt, or her ass.

Shy has worked for all of the major production companies including: Vivid, Pureplay, Hustler, Playboy, Wicked and about 100 more! With a strong interest in anal sex, Love ensured that almost 75% of her scenes to date have been anal. Over 50 of the movies she has starred in have been shown on cable/satellite network channels Cinemax (Skinemax) and Showtime TV. She has also appeared in 3 episodes of Seymour Butts famous TV show on Showtime, "The Family Business".

With a successful career as an adult actress in place, Love decided to begin Directing and Producing movies herself in 2004. After only 1 year as a director, Shy was nominated for her abilities for the AVN Awards Show "Best Director, Vignette Award" in January, 2006. Additionally, she was nominated for two performance awards.

Using her business savvy, she and her husband Eric Hunter formed two Studios together, Full Throttle Productions and Shy Love Films. To date, Shy has produced 24 movies and directed another 20. Love is the President and CFO of both companies and has parlayed her experience as Taxation expert into annual "side-jobs" for herself during tax season each year overseeing and balancing the books for 9 adult studios located in Los Angeles including her own.

At the Temptation Awards in August of 2006, Shy stood at the podium as a "Celebrity Presenter". With 3 nominations at the awards show, love took home an acting award for "Best Anal Scene".

Using her celebrity, Shy began yet another career as a feature dancer. Since 2005, Shy has performed live shows at more than 60 popular gentlemen's clubs across the US.

Love's celebrity has blossomed even further into the mainstream entertainment world. Shy has been interviewed on national television on both Entertainment Tonight and Extra.

She has made live TV and Radio appearances on the Howard Stern Show (on Demand), Howard Stern Radio Show on Sirius Satellite Radio, Maxim Magazine Radio, Shady 45 Radio and at least one radio station in every major city she visits on her feature dance tour to promote her upcoming shows.

She has been on the cover of several issues of Hustler Magazine, Club Magazine, Club International Magazine, Excitement Magazine, and many more.

In the spirit of her ongoing drive for success, Shy Love accepted a new position as an exclusive Contract Star and Director in June of 2006 for Larry Flynt's company, Hustler Video, and Larry Flynt Productions.

Today Love resides in the San Fernando Valley in California. She continues to do taxes, perform in videos and movies, feature dance in gentleman's clubs around the country, direct videos and movies, produce videos and movies, make TV and Radio appearances and live appearances at special events around the country and abroad.
