It’s been a while since I’ve shared an afternoon with Nina Hartley. Alright, fine… by “share an afternoon,” I mean sat at my desk and watched one of Hartley’s fantastic instructional movies. Oh well, a girl can dream… So anyway, today Nina and I got down and dirty talking about advanced sex toys. Yes, some dildos and vibes could be considered “advanced,” but this flick’s focus is on ultimate position enhancers, such as the Bungee Weightless Sexperience and the Love Swing.
Basically a how-to on using these specific toys, this video only really talks about these two specific models of weightless toys. There is a third scene featuring a hot threesome with a vibrator included, but I didn’t really see any advanced sex toy activity going on there, so I plan to talk about scenes one and two primarily.
As much as I really love Nina Hartley and her instructional movies, this particular volume didn’t really do it for me. Hartley’s other instructionals touch on topics with a broader brush, going over specific sex acts and types of toys, but never really get into detail to the point of talking about certain brands. I could be mistaken, but I believe I’ve never (or rarely) seen that in a Nina Hartley guide. Either way, it wasn’t my favorite of the bunch.
Even though I wasn’t as blown over by this instructional, it doesn’t mean I didn’t like it or find it helpful. Before watching this, I never really had a step-by-step view on how to use these two products. I mean sure, I had a general idea about how they work, but not anything extensive. First up is the Bungee Weightless Sexperience, a collection of straps and harnesses that attach to a single thick bungee cord in the ceiling.
There is a back and shoulder harness, a sling that supports your lower back, and two straps that fit around your thighs, hoisting them as high into the air as you prefer. This toy leaves you totally weightless (hence the name) and frictionless when it comes to positioning. Nina and her friends Adajja and Tyler Wood show us how to get in and out of the contraption and how to adjust it to accommodate certain sexual positions. While it looks like a total pain in the ass to put on and get situated in, the Bungee Weightless Sexperience actually seems like it would be really fun and really hot to play with. I may be sold…
Next up was scene two with the Love Swing. A one piece, full body supporting sling, this toy is a little bit easier to get started playing with… or at least it doesn’t require a manual, how-to tape and a Masters degree. Sindee Coxx and her man Baz help Nina test the Love Swing out and give us a demo of how exactly it works. Cradling your whole body, the Love Swing allows you to lay back comfortably while your partner has access to all of your sensitive bits.
With specific adjustments, the swing can be positioned with the rider’s head back, neck extended – aka. the perfect blow job position. Or their legs can be wrapped around the straps at the top, or in the stirrups, to get them in the perfect placement for whoever is playing. Not too shabby!
All-in-all, Nina Hartley does the great job she aways does, making both the performers and the viewers comfortable and excited with sex. I may not watch thing again (unless I purchase one of these toys and need a good instructional video), but I enjoyed seeing what types of toys are out there… and, of course, spending the afternoon with the fabulous Nina Harley!
