The film is about an elite group of federal agents who investigate various well-endowed women who have used their breasts to gain an unfair advantage and get what they want in life. Of course, no arrests ever happen, because each of the women is able to seduce and fuck the "Federal Breast" agent. It's certainly a silly plot, but it works in a fun, lighthearted way.
The opening scene stars
Chloe Dior and
Van Damage, and Chloe is a super sexy blonde with a few tattoos and some serious "chest meat." Van fucks her good and hard, and her generous tits "really rock" in the missionary position. But the actor AND the camera do not give enough attention to the tits. This problem exists in the other scenes and that is my main complaint about this movie. Evan Stone create some measurable heat at certain times in their scene, but Katie's later solo masturbation scene in the "behind the scenes" portion of the DVD is way hotter than the majority of this fuck scene.
