Let God's Will Be Done

God's Will is about Will, a smug conservative and self-important tv-host. Events are set in motion when God and Devil try to settle a bet whether this man can be corrupted. It turns out to be easier than thought, as it becomes clear that the self-righteous Will is a phony as he greedily jumps at the chance to increase his carnal pleasures and indulge in sexual debauchery. Apparently, he loves to get his dick sucked by hot sluts! It's way too easy to corrupt men when the women are red-hot!

Kyle Almighty

By Spooky
Most adult features don't have a lot of thought behind them, but occasionally you'll see one that's really interesting. Most such titles (see Pirates, Space Nuts and others) have huge budgets behind them, because adult studios know it's rare to get a good story and want to make the most of it. However, even more rare in adult is to see a decent story in a movie with hardly any production value whatsoever...but such is the case with Private's God's Will.

The movie is similar in plot, but not tone, to the mainstream movie Bruce Almighty, where Jim Carrey played a TV newsman who is granted all of God's powers. In God's Will, it's Kyle Stone who plays a newsman - although his character is far more Bill O'Reilly-like than the one Carrey played. In Bruce Almighty, God was played by Morgan Freeman. Here, we get the much sexier (sorry, Easy Reader) Katie Morgan, who is certainly someone who comes to mind when I think about Heaven! Where God's Will differs from Bruce Almighty (other than the fact that God's Will really isn't a flat-out comedy) is that Satan himself has been brought into the mix (played by Steven St. Croix). In fact, the reason God grants Kyle all Her powers is because Lucifer has a bed with God that Kyle will screw thing up, rather than make the world a better place.

Of course, this being a porn flick, there's plenty of sex to watch in God's Will, starting off with a scene between Kyle and Trina Michaels, who is playing a porn star (huge role stretch, huh?) named Sunny Rain who Kyle has on his show and ridicules. Naturally, when the show is over, Kyle tells Trina that his attitude was all for the ratings and then proceeds to hit on her. They are soon making out on top of the news desk. During this scene, we also flash back and forth to a blowjob-only segment between Mia Bangg and Ethan Cage. But Mia fans shouldn't worry, she has a full-blown (okay, I guess that pun was intended) scene later in the movie with Kyle.

Once Kyle gets his divine powers from Katie, he starts to have a little fun with them, starting with making sure that Katja Kassin (who looks quite different here with black hair instead of the usual reddish color) gets it on with John West. He also uses his powers to further his news career, making sure the cameras are there to bust in on some sex between Dominica Leoni and Dick Nasty (who is playing a rival newsman at Kyle's company).

Other sex scenes in the movie include a threesome between Venus, Dick Nasty and Van Damage; and the already-mentioned coupling between Kyle and Mia. However, the standout scene in God's Will is when Katie and Steven go at it at the end of the movie. I suppose if you have a religious background, you might be offended by a flick that has God and Satan going at it, but I think that aspect of the story adds a bit of heat (again, pun intended!) to the proceedings, and the action ends with a great cumshot from Steven onto Katie's face.

Extras on the DVD are pretty average - with a 15-minute behind the scenes featurette; profiles of the female talent; and a handful of Private trailers.

But the downside here is that the movie is dreadfully low-budget. How low-budget, you ask? Well, the filmmakers couldn't even afford to shoot a few scenes in a real elevator. Instead, they have the actors stand in what is obviously just a room and put elevator door noises on the soundtrack! Because of the lack of any real production values, God's Will only turns out to be an average porno, when it might have been a really good one. Still, it's worth a look on DVD, even if you're going to rent or get it on VOD instead of owning a copy.
