Mobile Site:

We have a mobile site for users of Android, iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch or you can simply use the full site. If you are currently on the full website you can also get to the mobile website by scrolling down to the bottom of the page you are currently on and clicking the "Mobile" link.

Registration:

If you are an existing user of our website your current account works on the mobile website. Your current Minutes Remaining will also be displayed and can be used on the mobile website. A new registration can be completed on the mobile site. The registration information you enter can also be used to logon to our full site.

Logon/Forgot Password:

You can logon to our mobile site using the same logon information that you use on full website. You may also reset your password information in the Log-in window by tapping "Forgot your password?" below the login button.

Streaming Movies:

Because the operating platform is different for Android, iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, the mobile site does not include all the movies on the full website. The movies must be re-encoded to work on the mobile site and is an ongoing project for us. You can use the remaining minutes in your account to watch the movies that are on the mobile site.

Favorites/Saved For Later:

If you are a user of the full website and you have entries on your Favorites or Saved For Later they will not display on the mobile site unless the movies have been encoded for display on the mobile site. You can add movies that are on the mobile site to your Favorites or Saved For Later by tapping the gray Heart icon to add as a "Favorite" or by tapping the gray Flag icon to add as "Saved For later" and they will be displayed as Favorites or Saved For Later on the mobile site and also the main website. If you added movies to your Favorites or Saved For Later on the mobile site and want to remove any of the additions you are able to do this on the mobile site by tapping the red Heart icon to or by tapping the green Flag icon.

Streaming Rentals and Downloads:

Streaming rentals and downloads are not available for purchase on the mobile site. You can however watch any streaming rentals on the mobile site that you have purchased on the full site if the movies are encoded for viewing on the mobile site. If you are a user of the full website and have downloads you will need to use the full website on a computer.

Search:

You can search on the mobile site by entering a search word or term. Only movies from the mobile site will be returned that matched your search word or term. Because the search runs only for movies on the mobile site, you may not get search results depending on the search word or term you entered.

Purchases:

You can purchase a time package of minutes using a credit card on the mobile site. Other methods of payment that are found on the full website are not included on the mobile site. Minutes purchased on the mobile site will be reflected in your total "PPV minutes left in your account" on the mobile site or "Minutes Remaining" on the full website. Rewards points are updated as normal but rewards points are not displayed and cannot be used on the mobile site. To use your rewards points you will need to use the main website on a computer.

When you purchase a time package of minutes using the mobile site you also receive a free scene credit with your purchase of 300 minutes or higher. This is also updated and can be redeemed on the mobile site to purchase scenes.

Contact:

The contact form on the mobile site is only for feedback or problems that you have with the mobile site. It works the same way as the contact form on the full website. Please complete as much information as you can on the contact form.
